The guy I’m sitting next to in this picture is my friend Ryan Melton.
Last night/early this morning he passed away when his car ran off the road and wrecked into a ditch. I always thought of Ryan as someone who was almost super human, he told the craziest stories and he always seemed to walk away from a bad situation with no more than scratches and bruises. It breaks my heart to loose someone like him, he was the life of the party and he always had my back.
Not very long ago I got into a stupid little fight with Ryan. I never got to say I was sorry. And now I’m so, so sorry. I just really hope that his passing helps us all realize that nobody is indestructible and we should never take our friends for granted.
Rest in peace man, you will be dearly missed.
